United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, Blue Shield, Medicare, Medicaid, LA Care, and Anthem Blue Cross. Visits, prescriptions, labs, and imaging are billed to your insurance. If you are responsible for a copay, co-insurance, or deductible we will send you a bill via email. *IECOC does not determine costs of prescriptions, labs, or imaging.
